The Alchemist exists to help actors study the power and beauty of their art through the discovery of themselves and to guide them along their path of personal growth in a loving and nurturing manner.

The Alchemist Standards and Values

1. To provide the best acting and personal development training within the confines of what is right and proper.
2. To write only that which is truthful and accurate.
3. To provide timeless value.
4. To focus on service over payment.
5. To provide an atmosphere of judgment-free expression in which creativity can flourish.

· Service - I must strive to give to each visitor more in useful value than I hope to gain in monetary value. I will work to serve others by seeking to help them better themselves. I know that it is up to the individual to create their own growth, but that I must offer all of the help that is within my power to give.

· Success – the Alchemist’s growth in popularity and traffic will result in more people helped. The more people participating, the more voices can be heard and the more opinions we can be expressed about the art and technique of acting.

· Integrity – this site strives only for truth and the greater good. No judgement or bias can exist for this site to become as effective as I know it can. I cannot give in to intentional deceit or dishonesty. I strive always to be truthful and accurate.

· Effectiveness – I will never rest on my laurels. I must always strive to find new and better ways to be of service. I must always seek to better myself in the pursuit of helping others. I must become the change I wish to see in the world.

· Passion – the service of others must be joyful and exhilarating. My efforts in creating value for creative endeavors and people will never feel like work. I do not struggle for these goals, they are achieve easily and happily.
