Translating Acting Tips into Othello Tips
Today, I wanted to shine the spotlight one more time on another fellow blogger. Ben Seeley at OthelloGateway wrote a comment a few days back on 10 Tips Every Actor Should Know. Ben said that some of the acting tips reminded him of tips he would give to Othello players; and he would know because Ben is a World Champion Othello player. And no, not Othello the play.
Well, I told Ben to let me know if he ever wrote down some of these similarities because, I admit, I was really curious. And being an agreeable kind of guy, Ben obliged me and wrote Translating Acting Tips into Othello Tips. It’s a fascinating piece to read, whether you’re an actor, Othello champ, or none of the above.
